Example: For a camp starting on July 1st, cancellations on or after June 16th will not receive a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Early Withdrawal<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a camper withdraws from camp once the program has started, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>However, special circumstances (such as medical reasons with documentation) may be considered for partial credit towards future camps at the discretion of the camp director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Switching Sessions<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you need to switch to a different camp session, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. A $25 change fee will apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests to switch sessions must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the originally scheduled session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Campers are registered when the payment has been deposited and cleared.
