NDG Spring Break Camp 2026
Join us this spring break for an exciting and active camp filled with dance, music, karate, sports, arts & crafts, and outdoor play (weather permitting)! Our camp runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with optional extended daycare from 7-9 am and 4-6 pm. It’s the perfect way to keep kids engaged, creative, and moving during the spring break.
Dates: March 2-6, 2025
Daily Rate: $60/day | Extended Daycare: + $10/day (7-9am) + $10/day (4-6pm)
Sign up for 1 FULL WEEK: 250$ + tax from 9 am – 4 pm | Extended Daycare: + $25/wk (7-9am) + $25/wk (4-6pm)

Spring-themed crafts: DIY flower pots, painting birdhouses, or making friendship bracelets
10:30 – 10:45 AM: Snack Break
10:45 AM – 12:00 PM: Dance & Movement Session
TikTok Hip-hop, Zumba, or creative choreography for a group performance
12:00 – 1:00 PM: Lunch
BYO lunch – Relax and recharge!
1:00 – 2:00 PM: Interactive Games
Team-building challenges, relay races, or problem-solving activities
2:00 – 3:30 PM: Outdoor Play

Spring Break Camp Cancellation Policy
- Full Refunds:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the camp’s start date will receive a full refund minus a 25$ cancellation fee.
- Partial Refunds:
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the camp’s start date will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
- No Refunds:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp’s start date.
- Illness or Emergency:
- Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies or illnesses. In such cases, a partial refund or credit for future camps may be issued at the studio’s discretion.
- How to Cancel:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@bamstudio.ca

🕖 Morning Care: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Interactive indoor games, outdoor games, art activities, and free time will also be included throughout the week.

PLEASE NOTE: We will allow a 10-minute grace period to pick up children beyond 4:00 p.m. If children are picked up after the specified grace period, parents/account holders will be assessed a late fee of $1 per minute, with a start time for charges commencing at 4:10 pm.

Batang Pinoy Summer Camp 2026
This program is held during school breaks for children aged 5 to 12 years old and will run for 9 weeks starting June 22 until August 21, 2026. The goal of the Batang Pinoy Summer Day Camp is to provide activities that promote Filipino culture, arts, history, language, tradition, film, sports, and education all while encouraging confidence, team building, good decision-making, values, respect, fitness, compassion, environmental awareness and to have fun.

Payment Options:
Cancellation/Refund:
- Full Refund:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date of the camp will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Example: If the camp starts on July 1st, you must cancel by May 31st to receive a full refund (less the administrative fee).
- Partial Refund:
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start date of the camp will receive a 50% refund of the camp fees. Example: For a camp starting on July 1st, cancellations between June 1st and June 15th will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund:
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the camp are not eligible for a refund. Example: For a camp starting on July 1st, cancellations on or after June 16th will not receive a refund.
- Early Withdrawal:
- If a camper withdraws from camp once the program has started, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
- However, special circumstances (such as medical reasons with documentation) may be considered for partial credit towards future camps at the discretion of the camp director.
- Switching Sessions:
- If you need to switch to a different camp session, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. A $25 change fee will apply.
- Requests to switch sessions must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the originally scheduled session.
Campers are registered when the payment has been deposited and cleared. Payment in full is due one month before the start of your child’s camp.
The Staff of the Bam Studio reserves the right to cancel a child’s participation in a camp session if their behavior is deemed unmanageable or dangerous to themselves or others, in which case they will be sent home immediately. No refunds will be made for early dismissal.
Being absent from camp does not constitute withdrawal from the program and does not entitle you to a refund. No refund will be issued if the child is sent home for bad behavior.
